Innowelltech’s facility is located in Huangjiang, Dongguan city, which is on the board of Shenzhen and DongGuang. It takes just 5 minutes from our facility to Shenzhen.

Our factory covers about 3,500 s/m of facility, 120 employees. It’s well equipped with mold making, injection molding, assembly line, and warehouse.

We provide one-stop mechanical and electronic manufacturing service. However our main expertise is mainly for mechanical(metal and plastic industries)

We are native Chinese-owned factory, but we are much atypical from other traditional Chinese manufacturers, as our core management team has over 20 years of experience in working with global companies, and we know Western work manager and quality standard very well.

Yes, we have a 15 people of product design and development team that can help you design, prototype, engineer, and manufacture your products.

Yes, it’s a common questions to all of clients. Generally speaking, our company is aiming to become top OEM/ODM manufacturer in China, and we never own our patent nor products, which means we will never sell products in the market.

Meanwhile, we have written Non-Disclosure Agreement with our sub-supplier, employees, and customers(or new RFQ clients).

We classify customer’s information into different levels, and authorize those classified information to different management member internally. For instance, our sales person on have access to customer’s contact information(email, phone, address, and customer request). But they are not accessible for design and patent files. On the other hand, our engineering team has no access to copy any technical document from our system. Here below are our IP management breakdown:

We get 3~5 new RFQs from potential customers weekly. and we keep their project information, technical information, and marketing competition confidentially. We never disclose any of those mentioned information.

Prior to obtaining any information from customers(or potential customers), we will reminder customers to have NDA signed between us. We will definitely comply with this business moral.

-BOM(parts material, color, surface treatment)
-2D drawing if you have
-Manufacturing volume
Once we received those information, we will send back a quotation shortly.

Sure, we will send detail quotation on each item. and you will see clearly what are the money spent.(We make cost totally transparent)

Yes, it’s negotiable. Our sales person will provide you cost-down plan if your order quantity increases a lot.

50% of total amount should be paid when placing an order, and the other 50% of balance should be paid while the order is ready for shipment.

We accept TT(Telegram Transfer), Paypal, Western Union for your convenience.

First of all, we are ISO9001 certificated company with strict quality control, we perform quality assurance as :

Incoming Material Inspection: Our IQC inspect all of incoming material based on AQL quality standard, and ensure all of out-sourcing material are in-spec of our quality requirement.

Parts/Components Manufacturing Process Control: Our IPQC inspect and monitor the parts manufacturing process every 15 minutes based on golden sample and WI(work instruction)

Finished Products with Package: Our QA team would inspect finish products according to AQL standard, and ensure 100% of pass rate as possible before shipping.

Yes, you can. But you should always clarify this requirement when you place an other to us. As full percent of inspection takes a long time to perform, and we need to arrange our operation in advance.Otherwise it’s hard to catch up lead-time.

If customer need to cancel order after they made deposit payment to initiate production, we still accept refund. But we will have to deduct the cost for those raw material and components that we had prepared.

We are right near Shenzhen and HongKong, with very convenient shipping resource. You can require any shipping process below:

Air Shipping: We are available to arrange DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc(It takes 3~5 days to arrive anywhere in the world, it’s normally for small item or samples)

Ocean Shipping: We accept ocean from Shenzhen or Guangzhou to global ports(it takes about 30~40 days to arrive a global destination)

High Speed Train or Truck: 15~25 days to arrive. but the shipping cost is lower than ocean shipping.

Yes, you can! We will get the goods ready for your pick-up. You just need to let your forwarder contact us directly.

Yes, we can ship goods under customer’s air shipping account.(DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT…)
